A new chapter
Introducing our new look!
We are delighted to launch our new brand, which we have developed in response to valuable feedback we canvassed from people of all ages and from all walks of life.
The consensus was that our visual identity didn’t reflect the vibrancy and friendliness of our museum.
Signage was easy to miss, décor was tired, and our information wasn’t presented clearly.
Our new brand is a balanced blend of old and new; authentic to its Roman roots, welcoming to families and knowledgeable without being academic. It’s proudly local, colourful and distinctive.
A carved frieze fragment that is thought to be nearly 2,000 years old and discovered in Towcester, has become the foundation for our new branding.
Look out for its flowing lines and stonework geometry in our new logo, our range of gifts and across our materials and website.
